Dubai bank account – debit cards regulations

For the bank accounts of physical persons (UAE residents and non-residents) as well as the onshore companies in Dubai and other Emirates of UAE, banks automatically issue the debit cards with ATM function so you can use such debit cards for the payments in UAE or withdraw the money over the ATM.

For the UAE and foreign offshore companies the bank debit cards are not issued.

The debit card, clearly, has the limit which you can put define in terms of the daily/monthly transactions whereby you can never withdraw more that the amount which is effectively available on your account.
